This is an integral part of the supply equation and the team have established and manage an effective system which ensures that safe, traceable products are available which meet all the necessary legal requirements from ingredients, nutrition, microbiological and chemical standards, cooking instructions, shelf life and temperature control.
The Technical team actively encourage and manage a quality and food safety culture aimed at continuous improvement and development to improve performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
The team ensures that all our products meet the agreed product specifications through the monitoring programmes we operate, thereby ensuring that we supply products that are manufactured in accordance with relevant Food Safety Legislation and to the relevant customer standards.
We have an active Food Safety programme that is underpinned by our HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practice and supported by a proactive internal audit scheme.
We have an open and consultative style and will always seek to communicate all relevant information in a professional and timely manner to all our customers.
