We import our products through docks around the UK and Ireland including Felixstowe, Thamesport, Tilbury and Southampton.

Customs and Port Health

We handle all the customs and port health clearances

Storage

We operate from a major frozen storage facility in Newmarket.
We also have storage facilities in Grimsby, Belfast and Dublin.

Deliveries

We have a national distribution network, with daily deliveries across the UK.

Our normal delivery timing is Order Day 1 - Deliver Day 3

Reporting

We report to our customers on a regular basis in the format that they require, with full information on all their stocks and on their sales versus forecasts
