Stage 2 Research
We can complete a gap analysis for you to generate new ideas.
We understand market trends and the specific needs of the retail and foodservice markets. We can facilitate your product development to enable you to create exactly what your customer requires.
If appropriate we can carry out market reviews, gap analysis and benchmark your opportunity. Working together we will understand the specific needs of you and your customer or consumer.
We can search our Product Development Library which holds a wide range of existing samples to gather ideas and find solutions right for you.
Stage 3 Creating the brief
We can tailor a brief around your concept or ideas to meet your specific requirements or work within your pre-defined remit.
The opportunities are extensive from bulk ingredients to finished retail ready packs. Many of our products are handmade allowing you more scope and creativity.
Stage 4 Producing samples
Depending upon your preference we can progress your development project directly in Thailand or more locally in the UK.
Samples will generally be developed in purpose built R&D kitchens located in each of our manufacturing units, assessed by our development teams in the UK and then presented to you.
Ingredients can be selected to be authentic, locally sourced with provenance or main stream from a choice of well-known and established ingredient houses to be used in either authentic Asian or more traditional Western style recipes.

Stage 5 Delivery of samples
Samples are delivered daily by air-freight from Thailand, fast tracked through customs and collected by our own fleet of vehicles.
Our team of sample coordinators will ensure that you receive delivery of your samples quickly and efficiently to the desired destination using our own vehicles and drivers. We hold many core lines and our library of Product Development samples on site and they are available for immediate despatch at any time.
Stage 6 Developing the packaging
We manufacture products in every type of packaging from bulk packs to shelf ready packaging.
Packaging is a key attribute that protects your products but can also provide an ideal shop window to market them. We are sensitive to the environmental implications around packaging style and material types and are able to optimise solutions using bulk deliveries or using innovative shelf ready packaging.

Stage 7 Pre-production trial
A pre-production trial will be carried out to generate key data to finalise specifications and produce factory samples for nutritional information and cooking instructions.
Stage 8 Product launch
When we are confident that our samples have fully met your requirements and we have commercial agreement we will agree the launch window and finalise the critical path for the project.
