Our fish is grown on the farm in 4 stages – hatchery, nursery 1 (for the fry), nursery 2 (for the fingerlings), and the grow-out farm. 

The feed is completely controlled and 100% traceable.

There are comprehensive farm audits, health checks and drug residue checks at every stage.
