Here are some examples of bespoke products that we have created for our customers

Ready meal for aviation

A medium sized manufacturer of ready meals for aviation and foodservice wanted a new main course serving.

We developed a 60g fillet with vegetables in a teardrop shaped tray, to be served on board as a full ready meal.

Snack meal for retail

A snack meals manufacturer supplying the retail industry wanted a new filling for a burger bun.
We developed a microwaveable 70g chicken breast fillet, gas seared with bar markings, to the right size to fit the bun. It is whole muscle and fully cooked, producing a very sophisticated and easy to prepare meal.

New duck product

A large cash and carry supplying the Asian market wanted a new Aromatic Duck product.

We developed a new 600g Boneless roasted aromatic duck to their size and specifications, including the packaging

We developed a high quality product of formed flavoured chicken breast pieces.They have a range of flavours, and are to be eaten as a snack straight from the fridge.
